Abstract
This paper examines technological solutions aimed at extending the service life and enhancing the durability of high-strength concrete floors in modern industrial and civil construction. Based on an analysis of current organizational and technological practices, the study identifies critical factors affecting the operational reliability of flooring systems and proposes targeted measures for their improvement. The research integrates advanced construction materials, optimized repair and protection techniques, modern equipment, and comprehensive quality control methods to prevent premature wear and degradation. Practical recommendations address common defects such as cracking, surface wear, and loss of structural integrity, with an emphasis on cost-efficiency and energy-saving approaches. These solutions provide a systematic framework that can be applied across a wide range of industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with contemporary building standards while reducing maintenance costs and increasing overall structural resilience.
