Abstract
This paper explores the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies in architectural design, structural planning, and engineering calculations. The study examines methods for improving collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, optimizing design workflows, and integrating analytical and physical models in BIM environments. Practical case studies illustrate how Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) practices enhance efficiency, improve design accuracy, reduce project risks, and streamline the production of construction documentation, contributing to higher quality outcomes in the construction industry.
