Abstract
This paper presents the practical application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for the development and implementation of organizational and technological solutions in monolithic-frame construction projects. The research outlines the integration of BIM technologies into project planning, coordination, and documentation workflows, with a focus on enhancing transparency, accuracy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key BIM functionalities — such as Requests for Information (RFI) management, submittal tracking, document control, and real-time data exchange — are analyzed in the context of improving decision-making efficiency and reducing construction risks. The proposed approach demonstrates how BIM-based methodologies can accelerate project delivery, minimize rework, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with technical standards, thereby increasing overall project quality and lifecycle performance.
